UK and International Delivery Terms & Conditions

Our custom products are delivered in the Standard Delivery category and can take anything between 10 to 14 working days, though this will vary depending on the size and nature of the design. All orders will be shipped with FedEx, which will be fully trackable. If there are any issues regarding delivery times, we will contact you immediately for an update. Please note that any delays due to postal strikes are out of our control but we will stay in contact with you and update you until your parcel arrives safely. 

However, we will be happy to provide more accurate shipping times to your destination by contacting sales@myneonlights.co.uk before or after your order is placed.
