UK and International Delivery Terms & Conditions

Our custom products are delivered in the Standard Delivery category and can take anything between 10 to 14 working days, though this will vary depending on the size and nature of the design. All orders will be shipped with FedEx, which will be fully trackable. If there are any issues regarding delivery times, we will contact you immediately for an update. Please note that any delays due to postal strikes are out of our control but we will stay in contact with you and update you until your parcel arrives safely. 

However, we will be happy to provide more accurate shipping times to your destination by contacting sales@myneonlights.co.uk before or after your order is placed.

Return & Refund Policy

For returns please follow the procedures below to resolve any issues as rapidly as possible.

Due to the nature of the Custom Products being made to order, we cannot accept any Custom Made Products for a return or refund, 

however if the product does not work or is damaged we will send out a new product, as long as evidence is sent via email through photograph. All products come with a 1 Year warranty period.  If there are any issues we will resolve them as efficiently as possible.

For the fastest handling of your returns/refund please contact us by email, and we will ensure to get back to you ASAP.

When you join our mailing list or buy online, you will submit personal information. All customer data held at My Neon Lights is stored under the Data Protection Act. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. You will be given the opportunity to opt-in to receiving email or postal newsletters and reserve the right not to do so. My Neon Lights, we do not share our customer lists or other data with any third party. We use cookies to improve your experience when shopping on the Planet Neon website.
